PROPERTY & SITE MEASURED SURVEYS
Accurate property and site measured surveys are an integral part of our design process at AG1 Designs. We recognize the importance of gathering precise measurements and data to inform our design decisions and ensure a seamless integration of our designs within existing spaces.
CONSULTATION
Following your initial enquiry our team will arrange a meeting with you at your property. This will provide an opportunity for us to run through your requirements, budget, and project timescale. We will go on to produce a detailed proposal, outlining a schedule of services and our fees.
CONCEPTUAL SKETCHES & IDEAS
At AG1 Designs, we embrace the power of conceptual sketches and ideas as catalysts for creativity and innovation. By capturing the essence of your vision through these initial sketches, we set the stage for a design process that transforms your ideas into a reality that surpasses your expectations.
PLANNING & BUILDING CONTROL
Planning and Building Control approvals are the two key essential aspects of a development process. Planning involves determining the best use of land & space, design, form, environmental impact and ensuring that new projects align with local regulations and policies. Building Control involves liaising & coordinating between third-party consultants such as structural engineers and energy assessors and compiling a full-set of construction drawings & calculations that adhere to and ensure the building work complies to the Building Regulations as developed by UK government.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILING
Construction detailing is a critical aspect of our design process at AG1 Designs. We understand that meticulous attention to detail is essential to ensure the seamless execution of our designs. Our team of experts meticulously develops comprehensive construction drawings and documentation, leaving no room for ambiguity or misinterpretation.
TENDERING ON-SITE
Once Building Control has approved our project we compile all drawings, all reports, all documentation and send out to tender. From there, once a builder or contractor has been appointed AG1 will monitor the project both on and off-site. Following completion of your project, our team will be in touch to request feedback about your experience. We value our clients input and thoughts on the architectural services provided
